Automate documents and repetitive tasks.

Extract invoice data from PDFs, classify documents or compare Excel files: e-neuf develops automation around your formats, processing rules and the cases that require manual review.

Let’s discuss it

Start with repeatable tasks

Automation is useful when a sequence of operations can be described: receive a document, read data, check required information and produce a result. We also examine exceptions. An unreadable document or an unknown format must not be treated as a success.

Processing with a way to check it

The scope may include extraction, classification, batch processing and identifying files for review. We define accepted inputs, expected outputs and the information needed to understand failures. Validation examples should represent your actual documents.

Test before expanding

A small representative document set helps test assumptions: text-based PDFs, scans, different layouts, missing fields or duplicates. Rules are adjusted using these cases. We then define how processing will be started and how results will be checked.

Measure the benefit and retain exceptions

The benefit depends on volume, document diversity and time spent correcting results. I do not promise a universal recognition rate. We compare manual work with automated processing on a sample before drawing conclusions about the solution.

Questions before starting

Does OCR recognise every invoice perfectly?

No. Scan quality, layout and available information can affect the result. Testing with your documents and a review process are necessary.

Must documents be sent to an external service?

Not necessarily. PDF Transfo uses local processing. The choice for your project will depend on the required tools and data constraints.

Can we start with one document type?

Yes. A limited scope helps assess output quality and review effort before expanding automation to other formats.
